Their food philosophy:
They source the freshest, in season, local produce to bring their guests the best that Tasmania has to offer. With a modern Australian menu, featuring a hint of Asian flavours, their Executive Chef Michael Mackaway designs his menus to provide something of interest for every palate. They hope you enjoy eating their food as much as they enjoy creating it.
Their wine, whisky and craft beer:
They are incredibly lucky and proud to be located 40 degrees South of the equator in one of Australia’s best regions for growing grapes, barley and hops. This gives them access to amazing cool climate wines, world renowned whisky and cracking craft beer.
You will certainly find a wide selection of wines originating from many of Australia’s iconic regions, but the largest share of their wine list is dedicated to bringing their guests the best of Tasmania’s cool climate wines.
Bluestone Bar and Kitchen features a relaxed, contemporary design incorporating a variety of zones to suit the needs of their guests including single diners. Their service aims to deliver efficiency and knowledge in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Open seven days serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks!
WHY ISN’T THE GOOD ACCESS BADGE TURNED ON?
Some listings are here because we think they’re pretty cool and you should know about them! And some, we just haven’t quite got enough info to make the ‘Good Access’ call yet.. so to answer the question, a business could be listed on our site if:

B. We have spoken to their team.. the facilities aren’t quite what we’d call accessible BUT we’ve provided you with ‘good to know’ tips in case you’re keen to give it a go anyway!
