Entopia Wines – The Thinking Person’s Winery

Print

In an intimate octagonal tasting pavilion, overlooking rows of healthy vines stretching to the Swan River banks, you will find an experience unlike others. A unique experience is what Entopia Wines offers, as you are welcomed to the winery by the owners, encouraged to share a little about yourself and learn a little about viticulture and the 180 years of winemaking in the Swan Valley. This boutique winery hand picks its grapes and produces small batch, fine wines. Sampling the wine takes place amidst old fashion good conversation, at The Thinking Person’s Winery. Come as a visitor, leave as a friend.

Visitors are encouraged to have a stroll in the vineyard and see the grapes in their various stages of development, and can walk down to view the Swan River. Entopia Wines has a large veranda overlooking the vineyard where guest are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy with a selection of wines. Entopia Wines is a family friendly establishment and also bike friendly, as it is located on the quiet street of Memorial Drive in Baskerville. Cyclists can use this place as a starting point for a cycle tour around the area.

WHY ISN’T THE GOOD ACCESS BADGE TURNED ON?

Some listings are here because we think they’re pretty cool and you should know about them! And some, we just haven’t quite got enough info to make the ‘Good Access’ call yet.. so to answer the question, a business could be listed on our site if:

A. The business indicates they have some accessible facilities, but we haven’t quite gotten around to chatting through the details, stay tuned! If you’ve been here, leave a review and let us know about your experience!

B. We have spoken to their team.. the facilities aren’t quite what we’d call accessible BUT we’ve provided you with ‘good to know’ tips in case you’re keen to give it a go anyway!

FACILITIES FOUND HERE

  • Alfresco/Outdoor Dining
  • Carpark
